great location, helpful staff, affordable cocktails

Tipical business hotel: clean, relatively new, fair breakfast, normal room with acceptable pricing (considering it is located down-town Moscow)

The position is excellent, just 20 minutes walking to Kremlin and Red Square. Also easy access to underground, connecting to the whole city.

Staff in restaurant in the morning not very friendly. Every morning something is missing ( cutlery, milk, coffe, etc. ) and when you ask for it, they look very bored and answer unpolitely.

A real value for money. Quality midrange hotel with good location. 15 min walk to Red Square, 3 min to metro.

I had a great stay at Park Inn! The location was fantastic, being in the old city center and close to the Moskva River and the Kremlin. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. The bar had amazing cocktails at affordable prices. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location was great, and rooms sufficiently quiet even if the hotel is cornering with a big road. It was good to have free wireless in the lobby and breakfast room, though of course it would have been even better to have free internet also in the rooms.

The breafast room is small, noicy, and badly organised. The bathroom was very small, and not exactly luxurious. The airconditioning in the room was exceptionally loud (and I have been to a lot of hotels!!), so I had to switch it off to be able to sleep. For the price and starts you would expect perhaps some extra services or niceties: there was no nice bar, no swimming pool or sauna, just rooms and a breakfast room. However, I have been told that Moscow is very very expensive, so perhaps this was ok for the price in this context. As it is the only hotel in Moscow I have stayed in, I cannot really compare.

Perfect localisation i.e. 5 min from Polienka metro station and 15/20 min from the red square (walk). All personel speak a decent english. Good restaurant. Rooms quiet, clean and nicely furnished. Recent and confortable Hotel.

Room temperature way too hot (we were there in winter). We had to ask them to turn the heating (central) off in our room.

Helpful and friendly staff, prompt service. Good menu-based food at the restaurant. Central location near metro and supermarkets. Courteous staff, nice breakfast. Clean rooms with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Pleasant Surprise

During our stay at Park Inn, we were pleasantly surprised by the high quality of service and amenities. The hotel offered a quiet room, a rare find in busy Moscow. Additionally, the staff at the reception were extremely helpful, providing us with useful information about the nearby metro station. Despite the crowded breakfast room, the food offered was of good quality and reasonably priced. we highly recommend this hotel for its central location and excellent value for the price.

We were travelling as a family of 5 adults and all our expectations matched with reality. We are from the trade ourselves, so on travel we know what to look at, what works and what doesn´t. In this hotel worked everything and I can highly recommend it to everybody coming to see the beautiful Russian capital. Spotless cleanliness, ideal size of the room, perfect location in a romantic quarter, superb breakfast and very nice pople working here. All speak good English eventhough they are very pleased if a traveller tries his/her long forgotten Russian.

I liked the cleanliness of the rooms, the decor, the location and the breakfast was amazing!

The TVs only played two English speaking channels - both news. Even the pay per view films were in Russian and it might have been nice to have more choice of stuff to watch in English. Also, whilst some staff were happy to assist, others were stadoffish and did not want to help at all.

Great location, Tretiakov Gallery nearby, pleasant nearby restaurants and cafes, varied breakfast with good coffee, comfortable and clean room, helpful staff.

i really enjoyed my stay at Park Inn, all staff members are very friendly and professional, hotel located in the city center and 5 min walk from metro, breakfast buffet is nice!!
